Oxidised style but still has some freshness. Nutty almond and honeysuckle. Palate a little cracked with oak on top. Has interest |
Light amber in the glass, this wine smells of oak and dried mango, apricot, and baking spices. In the mouth, the wine is quite spicy, with oak heavy on the palate, potpourri and baking spices with notes of candied apple and tinned peaches lingering with a faint sweetness in the finish. Good acidity but too much wood here. |
