Judge 1	Fresh and clean and crunchy green apple acid. Saline and sea salty.. bit hard and sour?
Judge 2	Palest gold in the glass to the point of being nearly color,ess, this wine smells of vaguely resinous citrus oil, wet chalkboard and citrus zest. in the mouth, lime and grapefruit flavors have a nice sour piquancy with a touch of salinity. Comes across slightly soft however.
