Judge 1	Bright and lifted. Fresh herbals and nettle spice. Has some honeysuckle and juicy fruit. Crunchy and fresh but bit forward
Judge 2	Pale gold in the glass, this wine smells of faintly plasticky, doughy apple and unripe pear. In the mouth, silky flavors of unripe pear and apple have a faint herbal note but feel a little flat and flabby due to not enough acidity.
