Judge 1	Lovely yellow fruits + wet stone on nose, nice acid and textural balance on palate. Alcs a bit punchy.
Judge 2	floral, tropical, lifted, white spice; super zingy and crunchy, loads of fruits, lovey weight and balance
Judge 3	Fresh lime zest and lime curds, methoxy like nettle and lime leaf. Quite tannin driven yet lime pith and lime seed saving the show, although nicely tannic none the less
