Pale gold in the glass, this wine smells of yeasty dough and asian pear skin. In the mouth, bitter notes of asian pear skin, brewers yeast, and chalky tannic texture make for an overall astringent package. Too bitter. |
Bruised fruit bergamot. Sweet lemon fruited yet simply saline |
