Green capsicum. Dilute and lacking in density or compleixty.

Palest gold in the glass, this wine smells of wet pavement, unripe pears, and fresh quince. In the mouth, crispy stony quince and apple notes mix with a touch of grapefruit pith. Faintly saline with stony minerality and nice length.
