Green capsicum. Dilute and lacking in density or compleixty. |
Palest gold in the glass, this wine smells of wet pavement, unripe pears, and fresh quince. In the mouth, crispy stony quince and apple notes mix with a touch of grapefruit pith. Faintly saline with stony minerality and nice length. |
Dried apple and struck hay, mealy flint. Lovely saline mineral drive, loquat, with near perfect tannin play , |
muted saline stone nose, simple sugar finish |
