| Delicate on the nose, soft, round and a little sweet through the palate. Interesting though a little undefined. Sweet/sour. |
| Palest gold in the glass, this wine smells of apple and a hint of salty buttered bread. In the mouth, crisp apple and a touch of salted butter mix with stonier notes. There's a faint yeasty quality to the finish. |
