| Savoury spice.. hint of struck match.. some waxy grip... chew and white peach. |
| Pale gold in the glass, this wine smells of pears and citrus pith. In the mouth, vaguely saline flavors of unripe pear and citrus oil mix with dried herbs and a touch of fennel seed. Faint chalky texture, excellent aciditiy. |
