Blush colour. Pretty florals and spice... crunchy acid. Bigger solid style. Slightly worked? Is it Pet Nat? Has interest but bit cloying?

Palest bronze gold in the glass, with blonde highlights and faint bubbles, this wine smells of citrus peel and wet stones. In the mouth, citrus peel and stony flavors have a hint of dried herbs, with a faint petillance. Lightly chalky texture. Unusual in quality

skinsy tinge, savoury notes, honeycomb, biscuit, nutty. viscous mouthfeel with supporting phenolics

colour a deeper yellow with a brown tinge, stewed apple and ripe fruits, RS, textural and phenolic, lots of length and depth, some development but bright acidity
