Blush colour. Pretty florals and spice... crunchy acid. Bigger solid style. Slightly worked? Is it Pet Nat? Has interest but bit cloying? |
Palest bronze gold in the glass, with blonde highlights and faint bubbles, this wine smells of citrus peel and wet stones. In the mouth, citrus peel and stony flavors have a hint of dried herbs, with a faint petillance. Lightly chalky texture. Unusual in quality |
skinsy tinge, savoury notes, honeycomb, biscuit, nutty. viscous mouthfeel with supporting phenolics |
colour a deeper yellow with a brown tinge, stewed apple and ripe fruits, RS, textural and phenolic, lots of length and depth, some development but bright acidity |
