Thiol and green bean.. crunchy edgy acid. Some nettle spice. Fresh and clean but a little dilute |
Palest gold in the glass with a hint of green, this wine smell strongly of grapefruit with a hint of cucumber and wet chalkboard, cut grass, and green apple. In the mouth, stony grapefruit and cut grass flavors mix with green herbs and a light chalky texture. Excellent acidity. On the herbal side, but mouthwatering. |
high intensity thiol nose grapefruit pith with sweet, sweaty reduction, passionfruit. nice minerality and phenolic interest, just a bit simple, lacking persistance |
pale straw, elderflower. citrus, Light weight and fresh, it does not have layers of complexity |
