Judge 1	This wine has microbial issues.
Judge 2	White pepper, sweet capsicum spice, slight menthol note - certainly very interesting. Pal has great textural intensity, acid sits nicely in the wine. Not a lot of fruit present but has a lot of interesting winemaking characters.
Judge 3	Hazy and a slight cider note, lemon/orange peel, skinsy palate with some ginger, souk spice and tannin, got some chew to the finish and good interest.
Associate Judge	skinsy. touch of volatility, some nice orange rind character however overall nose is flat. all spice nose. dry, med straight acidity, nice interesting texture from skins, lacking flavour intensity from variety. palate is thin.
