Lemon zest and honeysuckle. Good juicy and vibrant. Succulent rocky core. Hint of white pepper.. just slightly light on and dilute. |
Light gold in color, this wine smells of oak and pear and a touch of herbs. in the mouth, the wine seems more oak driven, with fruit and herb flavors more compressed on the palate, less expressive than they should be. Bitter notes of wood linger with a touch of chalky texture in the finish. Softer acidity. |
developed, musty dusty character. short finish lacking freshness and character |
flint, reductive, SO2, savoury, very interesting on the nose, less acid drive and freshness |
