| Light gold in the glass, this wine smells of lemongrass, unripe apples, and a hint of yeast. In the mouth, richer, silkier flavors of apple and pear don't have enough acidity to be dynamic, and notes of sweet oak linger in the finish. Comes across as flat/flabby. |
