Judge 1	Slightly confected. Yeast interplay? Soft and round. Lovely balance and phenolic extract. Subtle but present.
Judge 2	A bit dulled, pithy, nutty notes. Okay acid line bring some brightness but would like to see more fruit. Texture on the palate is nice.
