Toasty and savoury spice. Some creamy mid and slippery texture. Plump. Bit forward.

Pale gold in the glass, this wine smells of pastry cream, Asian pear, and citrus pith. In the mouth, citrus peel and unripe pear flavors have a nice brightness thanks to excellent acidity. Lightly grippy and chalky tannins give some texture to the wine, leaving grapefruit pith and unripe pear in the finish.
