Toasty and savoury spice. Some creamy mid and slippery texture. Plump. Bit forward. |
Pale gold in the glass, this wine smells of pastry cream, Asian pear, and citrus pith. In the mouth, citrus peel and unripe pear flavors have a nice brightness thanks to excellent acidity. Lightly grippy and chalky tannins give some texture to the wine, leaving grapefruit pith and unripe pear in the finish. |
