Toast and cloves oak.. some yellow peach and almond kernel but oak sitting on top and a little drying
Light to medium gold in color, this wine smells of oak and poached pears. In the mouth, oakey flavors of pear and apple are shot through with sarsaparilla and a touch of brown sugar. Bitter herb notes linger in the finish. Chalky texture. Decent acidity but too much oak here.

riper honey nectarine. green almond. slight kero note. viscous mouthfeel, green herbal edge
medium straw, slightly nutty, skin contact, ripe stone fruits saline. oily on the palate complex and quite an interesting wine
