Fresh and juicy mid.. has some fresh quince and apricot.. tangy saline and sea salty and chew to finish. Has interest but bit sweet to finish. |
Pale gold in the glass, this wine smells of pears and white flowers, lemon pith and lemon oil. In the mouth, lemon pith, lemon oil, pears and dried herbs have a faint chalky texture and a very nice juicy acidity. Clean and bright with a stony undertone. |
reductive flinty, slightly sweaty. mineral wet stone. opens up. generous palate lots of viscousity with balanced acid and phenolics. second pass looks a bit sweet |
pale straw, white flowers: jasmine, elderflower on the nose. tension on the palate lemon lime, salinity |
