Judge 1Fresh and juicy mid.. has some fresh quince and apricot.. tangy saline and sea salty and chew to finish. Has interest but bit sweet to finish.
Judge 2Pale gold in the glass, this wine smells of pears and white flowers, lemon pith and lemon oil. In the mouth, lemon pith, lemon oil, pears and dried herbs have a faint chalky texture and a very nice juicy acidity. Clean and bright with a stony undertone.
Judge 3reductive flinty, slightly sweaty. mineral wet stone. opens up. generous palate lots of viscousity with balanced acid and phenolics. second pass looks a bit sweet
