Judge 1	Quitessemtial hazel husk, papaya, plantain. Slate and slippery with understated flavour, delicate white blossom
Judge 2	Palest cold, near colorless in the glass, this wine smells of faintly saline wet pavement and bouillon. IN the mouth, soupy notes of boullion and apples are somewhat unappealing, though there's a nice chalky underbelly there.
