Perceptibly very sweet - perhaps a little too much so. Nice flavours, but lacks to balance hoped for in these wines.
Slightly dulled nose, some marmalade and citrus notes. Pleasant on the palate but doesn't flow nicely, needs a bit more acid balance. Sweetness isn't in check.
Deeper colour, sweeter, nice marmalade and botrytis-like dried apricot. Palate not without some deliniation and subtlety but doesn't quite have the nerve - a slight sweetness disjoint at the end.
med plus intensity, ripe mango, marmalade. very sweet, touch cloying, medium minus length that cuts with pure sugar. lacking fruit intensity and definition

Hand Picked, air dried indoor for 3 weeks. Half pressed as dried grapes, other half started ferment with some fresh moscato juice in bins then pressed after ferment started. Completed ferment in mix od SS and old oak barrels then aged in those until bottling.
