Creamy lemon curd and spice. Has some herbals and nettle. Savoury. Edgy fun acid. More solid style |
Palest gold in color, with some faint petillance, this wine smells of lemon pith, dried herbs, and road dust. In the mouth, that petillance prickles the tongue as flavors of lemon pith, dried herbs, and crushed stone have a chalky mineral texture. Excellent acidity. |
shy nose, yellow apple, chalk. spritzy, refreshing but a bit phenolic |
some dessolved CO2... touch reductive but gives lift and drive |
