Judge 1	Lemon peel, subtle oak and spice. Slight waxy character. Soft and easy. Nice balance. Lacks some complexity and acid drive to push it up.
Judge 2	Bit more restrained, some stone fruits and florals. Palate is well balanced with nice acid line and fruit to support. Would like to see a bit more concentration.
Judge 3	Some colour, complexity (lees?), riper stone fruits, quite chewy and interesting tension - almost hard - citrus skin elements and good carry. Retasting, looks good.
