Judging Results
Medal / Award
Judge 1 Very good expression. Fruit and alcohol in check, with varieties considered. Powerful, yet balanced. Intense. Lacks a little complexity.
Judge 2 Super dark and desiccated fruits. Very rich fruited, sweetness balances well, would just like to see a little more intensity and depth.
Judge 3 Question over integration of fruit and spirit on nose but a nice vivid freshness upfront and juicy tannins. A little lacking in the weight and depth to give it balance.
Associate Judge dark ruby, dark pepper spice, blackcurrant spice. simple nose. short length, undefined black fruits.
