Closed and unyielding on nose - smells 'hard' and forbidding on entry, too. Then fruit is OK but 1D and a bit truncated. |
kind of delicious ripeness, palate is is juicy but coated by some good firm tannins that land the plane |
Baked goods. Cinnamon, orange zest. Again, quite dark purple salty but well handled. Quite balanced. Perhaps acid hanging out a little more than I'd like to see. Saline. |
