Judging Results |
Charry oak character nose and front palate that lacks integration. Worked. Lacks intensity and balance.
Pale gold in the glass, this wine smells of vanilla and unripe pears. In the mouth, crisp quince and pear flavors mix with a touch of citrus pith and faint saline quality. Stony and bright, but on the leaner side.
Slight banana skin mango reduction. Loveless salty saline edge with some framing peach seed tannin
ripe apple, spiced nashi pear, med intensity with stone, white florals, great density of fruit, med length, light cream but good texture
