Very subtle nose, palate a little short and one dimensional.

spice, guava, asian fruits; lychee, rambutan, tropical; savoury and nutty, nougat, warmer finish, slightly sour edge

Obvious oak influence, lime jello, possibly some lime butter, lime curd. Slight oak tannin drive with some lactic like notes and ok oily texture

Lemon curd, verbena. hint of toast. Flavour to back up aroma. Persistent, woody, ripe fruit without jettisoning acid. A lot going on.
