Very subtle nose, palate a little short and one dimensional. |
spice, guava, asian fruits; lychee, rambutan, tropical; savoury and nutty, nougat, warmer finish, slightly sour edge |
Obvious oak influence, lime jello, possibly some lime butter, lime curd. Slight oak tannin drive with some lactic like notes and ok oily texture |
Lemon curd, verbena. hint of toast. Flavour to back up aroma. Persistent, woody, ripe fruit without jettisoning acid. A lot going on. |
