Judge 2	spice, guava, asian fruits; lychee, rambutan, tropical; savoury and nutty, nougat, warmer finish, slightly sour edge
Judge 3	Obvious oak influence, lime jello, possibly some lime butter, lime curd. Slight oak tannin drive with some lactic like notes and ok oily texture
