Judge 1	Bright and fresh.. pear skin and spice.. quince.. slightly forward but pretty
Judge 2	Palest gold, near colorless in the glass, this wine smells of lemon pith and lemon cucumber. In the mouth, lean flavors of lemon pith and green herbs have a faint chalky texture and very good acidity. A slightly vegetal note lingers in the finish.
Judge 3	Shy nose, savoury, nutty notes, fresh almond, hint of spice. nutmeg. rich viscous palate, well played phenolics lacking some freshness and drive.
