Underripe. Green capsicum character overshadows everything else. |
Pale to light gold in color, this wine smells of unripe pears, green apple skin and lime pith. In the mouth, there;s a slight petillance as lean, steely lime zest and green apple flavors have a chalky texture. Excellent acidity but comes across as slightly shrill. |
Woody green mango cheeks. Oak tannin lead, green edged |
densely floral, little fruit - fuller body, nashi pear, green apple. med length. smooth and round with little texture |
