| Hightone Menthol. Missed the Arinto memo. |
| Melon and honeyed notes with a slight greeness. Structured palate, doesn't flow. Would like more acid and fruit lift. Feels a bit warm. |
| Slightly muted nose gives a slighly flat, skinsy impression but interestingly spicy/herbal that springs into life on the palate. Substance, texture, just a little lacking in juicy flow which impacts the finish. |
| orange rind, preserved lemon, hint of salinity, alluring. med plus acid, med length of preserved lemon, saline and rock. medium to full body, has density and holds itself well. |
