Judge 1High extact, Palo Cortado/Amontillado feel. Soft, nice balance, well integrated oak, sugar, alcohol. Slightly sappy on finish.
Judge 2Bruise apple, flor characters. Palate shows good balance, sweetness to balance aldehyde, acid keeps it fresh.
Judge 3Quite brandy spirited nose but some nice vanilla and tea. Interestingly light and savoury but lack of depth exposes alcohol and gives a slightly hollow feel. Interesting savoury and zest notes though.
Associate Judgepalest of amber tinge. hazlenut, sea spray, almond - med intensity. med flavour intensity of simple hazlenut. short length stripped
