Judge 1	Has some colour and extract. Apricots and higher toned fruits. Orange peel and ginger. Very edgy but fun just finishes a bit sweet
Judge 2	Light amber-orange in the glass, this wine smells of peaches, yellow plums, and candied citrus. In the mouth, wonderfully juicy and saline flavors of candied citrus, peach conserves, and yellow herbs have a lovely chalky texture and fantastic acidity. Delicious.
