Judge 1	Cucumber and fennel. Wet stone. Very juicy nose, with nice balance and good acid line.
Judge 2	Nice balance of aroma on the nose, blossom a touch of chalk and spice - balances riper notions well - with a palate that is nice and measured, pure and even, with length.
Judge 3	a riper kaffir lime leaf, palate is fruit sweet and the phenolics are rounded off, acid only moderate, a good easy style
