Judge 1	Green papaya on the nose. Fresh on palate with some nice textural components. Quite more-ish and salty. Talc extract.
Judge 2	Pale colour but riper rockmelon/tropical aromas. Some zestiness but a bit ho-hum.
Judge 3	a ripper warmer style, acid is a little awkward and there is a very savory, slightly attenuated/leesy flavour that's a distraction more than its complex
