Judge 2	Palest gold in the glass, this wine smells of citrus pith, unripe apple and herbs. In the mouth, slighly austere flavors of unripe apple, herbs, and lemongrass have a chalky texture and crisp dryness. Very good acidity but I feel ultimately too lean.
