Judge 1	A little cheese lees. Flat. Varietal??
Judge 2	Light gold in the glass, this wine smells of lanolin and white flowers, a touch of orange oil and wet chalkboard. In the mouth, stony notes of orange oil, unripe pear, and a touch of melon have a nice stony underbelly, but less acidity than I would like.
