Nutty, cashew quality. Amontillado style, but with too much sugar to balance out. Topaque style. Very brown sugar in essence. Tad out of whack.

Carmel, developed, notes of straw. Palate is balances between sugar and acid. Moreish and interesting,

Roses, tea and butterscotch, touch of coffee and caramel on the palate. Nice mouthfeel, good complexity but a bit of spirit burn mars the palate and length - not without nice complexity.

brown light green tinge. hazelnut, almond, very toasted nuts - med plus intensity on the nose. med-sweet, medium plus intensity with changing and long length of dried apple skin, toasted hazelnuts, chocolate.
