Olorosso style. Lovely, soft flavour and profile, though acidity very front and centre. Needs time. |
Roasted, caramel nuts, nuttiness. Some nice freshness from acid. Acid and sweetness balances well. Good intensity and reasonable complexity. |
Deeper colour, rich toffee and chocolate, some floral elements, sugar seems too much on caressing mouthfeel, good volume to palate - raisins and orange peel - and the alcohol is nicely integrated. |
oily brown with green rim. hazlenut, toasted cashews, med intensity, some sea spray and almond. med plus flavour intensity of toasted nuts and sweet caramel. balanced with a long length. |

Deep amber brown in colour with lifted aromas of caramel and concentrated marmalade with subtle butterscotch. The palate is rich and complex with notes of fruitcake, malt and butterscotch with a wonderful freshness. |
