Fresh and lifted herbals. Some cut grass and spice. Crunchy apple acid. Bit simple?
Pale gold in color, this wine smells of yeasty unbaked dough. In the mouth, lean doughy unripe apple and citrus pith flavors have a chalky texture but simple, more shallow flavor profile. Softer acidity.
almond, honey, citrus rind. textured and phenolic number, balanced with freshness and power, very interesting. revist lacking drive?
lime, richness on mid, lots of drive and freshness a saline touch. a really lovely balance of acid and complexity
