Fresh and lifted herbals. Some cut grass and spice. Crunchy apple acid. Bit simple? |
Pale gold in color, this wine smells of yeasty unbaked dough. In the mouth, lean doughy unripe apple and citrus pith flavors have a chalky texture but simple, more shallow flavor profile. Softer acidity. |
almond, honey, citrus rind. textured and phenolic number, balanced with freshness and power, very interesting. revist lacking drive? |
lime, richness on mid, lots of drive and freshness a saline touch. a really lovely balance of acid and complexity |
