Judge 1	Some lanolin and spice. Baked quince and lemon pithy. Juicy and round and riper style.
Judge 2	Light greenish gold in the glass, this wine smells of kelp, citrus peel, and stone fruit. In the mouth, rather unusual flavors of saline white peach, yellow plum, ambrosia melon and citrus pith have a nice texture and bright acidity. Distinctive with a touch of stoniness.
