Hightone and slightly volatile. Flat and broad. |
Very dark garnet in the glass with ruby highlights, this wine smells of camphor and oak and a bit of napthalene. In the mouth, jammy, very ripe, sweetish cherry and black plum flavors are blowsy and plush, wrapped in mouth-drying tannins. Simply a bit heavy handed. |
Sweet red cherry salty lactic, clove. Saline mint saltbush edged, ripe fruited |
ripe red cherry red plums - expressive fruit nose! florality, red rose, dried and fresh. tannins are chewy, lots of fruit, acid is carries riper fruit. definitely structured, but offering plenty. |
