Judge 1	Slight green character on nose and front palate. Tinned asparagus. Nice texture.
Judge 2	Pale gold in color, this wine smells of baked apples and grapefruit with a hint of yeastiness. In the mouth, citrus and apple notes add some quince with a touch of warm bread. Good acidity and uderlying minerality.
Judge 3	Mango chutney, lychee and paw paw. Slight RS influence with some yellow jello and pith, mouth filling and ripe.
Associate Judge	spice, slate, med minus int on the nose, nashi pear, orange rind, nice textural component with some orange rind and nashi pear.
