Judge 1 Hightone spice, sezchuan pepper and long pepper spice. Medium frame. Lovely balance. Perky. Fresh and bright.
Judge 2 Reduction on nose masking fruit. Pal has fresh acidity but fruit is lacking leaving it a bit imbalanced.
Judge 3 Lighter colour, hint of reduction, a bit thin and rosehip acid on entry. A bit sour and short.
