Very reduced. Oak over everything. Dilute. |
Medium to dark ruby with garnet highlights, this wine smells of floral and berry notes that come across as a bit candied. In the mouth, the wine is front-loaded on the palate and candied in quality - high-toned with a hole in the mid and back palate. Good acidity. |
Smokey nori roll reduction over stewed strawberry, vermouth.Love,y peppery pith and some slippery reduction |
stalky. wafty. palate similiar |
