Judge 1	Reduction an issue. Nice edges of spice. Nice palate weight, though acidity a little prickly.
Judge 2	Pale gold in the glass, this wine smells of faintly yeasty cheesy apple and citrus. In the mouth, creamy flavors of citrus and apple have a cheesy quality.
