Savoury spice with some reduction. Nettle and dried herb. Slippery. Has chew.

Pale to light gold in the glass, this wine smells of flowers, stone fruit, plus a little bouillon, apples and celery. In the mouth, pear and herbs mix with citrus pith and nut skin as a lightly grippy tannic structure turns chalky in the finish. Spices linger in the finish. Interesting, with good acidity.
