Judge 1	Vermut characters. Savoury, herbal. Slightly agressive on the herbal notes. Edges of bitterness. Challenging in flavour and balance.
Judge 2	Early grey tea mixed with essential oils and old style ginger ale. A very interesting palate, spritz sensation along with intense ginger. Finishes bitter and mouth drying.
