bright red, cherry fruit, some baked spices, forest floor, mulchy bracken. Soft tannins, b.brick cherry red, baked plums, dried spice, meaty line,c.brick red, dried fruit, riper spectrum, slight pucker on finish. |
Varietal definition and integrity throughout. Balanced and texturally sound. Powdery tannin profile throughout. Age worthy. |
Lovely consistency across the bracket with tannin texture and profile. Has brick dust. Silky plush mid and finished mouthcoating. Generally youthful. Oldest wine showing development but still generally fresh and all have lovely core of succulent fruit. |
W1 bright, saline and briary. Older wines show a consistent line of acidity, pepper and blood orange. W3 losing freshness to balance development. Decent persistence. |
Nice bright red currant fruit, glossy. Good tannin and freshness on palate. Fruit feels a little tired on moderately aged wines, some nice anise notes however. Plate is short. Oldest wine has interesting cigar box characters and spcie. Really lovely expression still some life remaining. |
