| Excellent colour for vintage of the wine.. mid straw, green hue. bottle age aromas and flavours have given a honey character to the wine. |
| so this is what good fiano looks like with bottle age.. nice work! a touch of good reduction, good balance and complexity. It works, lovely fresh cut hay to throw into the flavor mix.. is it too much? |
