Creamy vanilla and peach with lemon curd. Oak sweetness currently dominant on the mid-palate.
Warm straw hue. Plenty of built up oak, but in a nice way, slight haze so probs not filtered. Plenty of built up lees character. Oak is a bit vanillin for me but this is a well done wine.
Medium gold. Overt cedary, vanillin oak subduing the fruit. Palate vanillin, textural but ultimately not showing typicity of fruit characters
red apple, lifted? butterscotch, cream. vanilla oak, thick upfront, fruit gets overpowered. finishes with oak not fruit
