Judge 1	Orange-golden. Showing development here; nutty and creamy with apricot kernel flavours and candied orange on the finish. Some drying notes emerging at the back but a rich complexity has developed.
Judge 2	Warm topaz colour. Nose of honey and slightly tired sweet hay. Sweetly fruited, woody australian flavour. Very hard to classify since I do not know the variety. Woodiness makes it a bit drying.
Judge 3	Medium gold / pale amber in colour with aromatic spice notes of ginger plant and cedary vanillin oak- supple texture, vanillin richness, overt tannins to finish. Lacking freshness.
