Judge 1	med colour, herbal notes, peppery, quite vibrant med bodied palate with fruit sweetness, finishes a touch dry/astringent.
Judge 2	bright in colour. joven style. aromatics, bright red fruits, spice, woodsy spice and tar. fresh and bright with tannins kept firmly in check. lifted acidity and lots of energy.Easy drinking, juicy and vibrant. Chrry tannins just there for BBQ meat. med length. Perhaps lakcs a little body, but the fruit shines as a compromise rather than the tannins overwhelm.
Judge 3	noticeably light colour. fresh blackberries and blueberry jam. acidity is bracing to the back. strips the flavour of the palate.
